Is Volunteer Driving on your path?Are you friendly? Do you like being up and about? Are you a good driver?Do you have patience with seniors and frail elderly?Reliable? Do you like feeling appreciated? If this describes you, ETS/NW will bring you smiles and miles of satisfaction. To get started, all you need to do is call us for a printed job description. If that sounds good,you will be asked to come in to fill out our application, providing names and addresses of a couple of references. We will make copies of your driver's license and insurance card. We provide umbrella insurance for drivers. We offer volunteer training. You will be invited to the next session. However, you need not wait for training to begin. Generally volunteers find the training more helpful after they have given a few rides. We serve seniors in several northwestern suburbs and would try to keep you close to home.
