Our Mission Statement

We exist to serve seniors, living within the northwest suburban Cook County area, who require escorted transportation services to attend medical appointments, which allow them to age in place in their community with dignity.

About Escorted Transportation Services:

The purpose of ETS is simple: to provide a reliable volunteer based transportation service for older adults for health related appointments.
Funding for ETS is provided by client contributions, an annual appeal and the commitment of caring contributors.
This service is available by appointment only. At least one week advance notice is suggested. A $12 contribution for each ride is requested.

Dialysis
Chemotherapy
Lab work
