Our Mission Statement

We exist to serve seniors, living within the northwest suburban Cook County area, who require escorted transportation services to attend medical appointments, which allow them to age in place in their community with dignity.

About Escorted Transportation Service NW:

The purpose of ETS/NW is simple: To provide reliable, volunteer-based, escorted transportation for seniors to their crucial medical and dental appointments.

Funding for ETS/NW is provided through passenger contributions, our Annual Appeal, and through the commitment of caring contributors.

This service is available by appointment only. At least one week's advance notice is required. A $12 donation for each ride is requested.
